Provided in the 3D Space Meeting Room. If the 3D Space is not accessible to you, but it is operational for others, you can join in via this backup chat facility.
When you press "Login" or type your first message, you'll be asked for a name. That name will be used to identify your messages. Type return to send a chat message. Make sure you send at least one even very simple "Hi" message, since you will not see any chat from others until you do.
