Attached is a copy for preliminary, Action Officer, coordination on the Revision First Draft (RFD) of JP 3-08, Interorganizational Coordination During Joint Operations, IAW CJCSI 5120.02A, Joint Doctrine Development System. 

The JP 3-08 RFD pdf is attached and is available on JDEIS at https://jdeis.js.mil in the “Joint Doctrine” Section by clicking on the “Draft Publications” link.

Request comments in line-out / line-in format categorized as critical, major, substantive or administrative using the enclosed standard comment matrix   Administrative comments are not expected for the RFD.  Please do not change the matrix in any way and follow the directions contained in the ‘Tip Sheet’ of the attached matrix.  Improperly prepared matrices will not merge and sort with other matrices and will be returned to the originator for correction.  Over 30 organizations will be providing a total of 2000+ comments, and the established process must be followed to reduce errors and omissions.

Please forward all comments and negative replies through your Service, Combatant Command, or Combat Support Agency doctrine POC.  (internal suspenses will likely be earlier than 29 Oct) (contact me if you need your POC)

Due to DOD security restrictions/concerns regarding transferring data from SIPR to NIPR, all comments must be submitted on the NIPRNET.
