Resources are held as "attachments" on an OpenVCE.net book page, and can be added and
removed by editing the page and adjusting the attachments.

A direct URL to any attachment is possible for references anywhere within the
OpenVCE.net web site and for use beyond.

URLs are of the form:

http://openvce.net/sites/default/files/<resource-file-name>.<type>

Please try to use descriptive and reasonably short file names which are suitable for use
in web browsers and on multiple computers. Always give a file type on the end.
