• Artifact Description: e.g. Atlas, diary, novel
• Current Keeper: Name of one real person amongst identified list of players, may be "None"
• Current Route: From person and To Person - May be "None"
• Current Location: Physical location where current keeper is or "In Transit"
• Others: More key = value pairs can be added

Note here each annotations made playing the game. The annotations can be physical and only summarised here on-line, or can be on-line resource described by one or more URLs involving various media including but not limited to video (e.g. YouTube) , images (Flickr), audio, text, HTML, pages, etc.
