Individual Experience Matrix

The Individual Team Member Experience Matrix is used to capture the expertise or experience of a team member with respect to the various problem Case dimensions captured in the Integrated Problem Map. Hence, at the outset the template should be instantiated with these dimensions.

In addition, the Matrix is used to gather a more general description of the experience, background, interests, etc of the team member.
