Integrated Experience Matrix

The Integrated Experience Matrix is used to assign relevant team members to each of the various problem Case dimensions captured in the Integrated Problem Map on the basis of the skills and expertise described in the Individual Experience Matrices. In addition, the Matrix describes the solution approach to be adopted and the date on which the solution - or an intermediate milestone? - will be delivered.
