Integrated Problem Map

The Integrated Problem Map is used to collate the Individual Problem Maps of team members to produce an agreed decomposition of a Case problem according to a number of Problem Dimensions, along with rationale behind the relevance of this dimension in this instance and a relative ranking (high/medium/low) of the importance or criticality of the dimension.
