Project Plan Accountability Matrix

The Project Plan Accountability Matrix is used to keep track of the progress of the solutions to each of the various problem Case dimensions captured in the Integrated Experience Matrix.

This document is intended to be periodically updated by the designated Project Planner, who thereby assumes responsibility for collecting updates from the named leads.
